My two years at Mythe Barn have been the experience of a lifetime. I have worked alongside great chefs and other members of the Mythe team and learned a lot of new skills from a very talented team.
I`ve been in the catering industry for 3 years now, and there`s so much more to come; I love what I do, making people`s special days a day to remember by serving flavoursome and exquisite food.

Ello, I’m Dave, the Sous Chef at Mythe Barn.
I’ve been a chef for 21+ years, and my experience ranges from working in 4* hotels and restaurants to BMI catering. I’ve gained a lot of experience and knowledge over the years and have been inspired to be the best Sous I can be; I’ve worked at Mythe Barn and for the company on and off since 2016.
My passions are classical cooking, especially English and French, from a well-made steak and kidney pudding to a homely Coq au Vin. Simple, warm, home-style foods are the best for me. I also love to cook outside in the open air using open wood-burning fires; the Smokeier, the better.
What makes my work special to me and Mythe Barn is my passion for delivering the best I can, day in and day out! I want to make all our guests have the best experience they can have here and help make the brides and grooms’ day a day to remember.

I’m Warren, the always smiling, happy Head Chef at Mythe Barn.
My role here is to oversee the overall food options we offer and discuss any other options potential couples may consider for their wedding day. I also maintain the highest standards we set not only for ourselves but also for everyone involved on any event day. I have a passion for hospitality and service, something I pride myself and our full team on.
With many years of experience in the kitchen and front of the house, I’ve learned countless valuable lessons along the way. This October marks my twelfth year at Mythe Barn. Together with our senior chefs, we work hard to deliver the best food because we know every wedding day is special. Hosting and hospitality are at the heart of what we do, and they drive us forward every day.
A big part of my job is the joy of knowing that we’ve played a role in making everyone’s big day special. From breakfast in the morning to the last bite before the party continues for the evening, we played our part, and everyone is happy. That’s what we are here for and what keeps us continually striving and looking forward in every aspect of the job.
