Your wedding ceremony is a moment that will stay with you forever and whether you choose to say ‘I do’ in the breathtaking Oak Barn or exchange your vows outdoors under the Gazebo, Mythe Barn gives you the perfect unforgettable setting.
WEDDING PREP
Those moments you spend with your loved ones before your ceremony are some of the most memorable of your wedding day, and Mythe Barn now provides two separate private spaces for getting ready perfecting the finishing touches. Meanwhile, the bar will be open for your guests to enjoy a drink and start the celebrations (depending on the time of your ceremony).
The Gallery
Start your day in the Gallery, a wonderfully glamorous setting for hair, make-up and dressing. The room offers plenty of space for you and your nearest and dearest to put the finishing touches to your looks. There’s also a sitting room where you can spend some quality time together or enjoy one of our delicious grazing boards with a glass of fizz.
The Stable
The Stable offers another secluded space to get ready before the ceremony. Furnished with comfortable seating, several mirrors and coat hooks, it’s ideal for getting ready and making precious memories in the build-up to exchanging vows. You can also order a bucket of beers on ice to help calm your nerves before the day begins.
THE oak barn
This magnificent barn is the epitome of rustic country romance. Boasting a double-height solid oak frame and floor-to-ceiling windows that let the light pour in while providing an unbeatable backdrop of the fields beyond. The simple décor lets the structure and setting shine, while hops hung from the balcony bring your rural surroundings in.
The minstrels gallery at the back of the barn is the perfect space for a photographer or for musicians, perhaps a soloist to accompany you down the aisle.

The gazebo
If you love the idea of taking in the Leicestershire countryside with an outdoor wedding ceremony, there can be no better place than the beautifully tended garden with views to the River Sence. The fairy tale oak Gazebo is the perfect spot to say ‘I do’ and enjoy your lush surroundings, with space for up to 150 guests seated on the lawn.
